Hadiya is two separate products: the theme for design, and the plugin for gift features. Each has a free version and a Pro version, and a bundle combines both under one key. This article explains what each version includes, which one fits you, and how to activate your license.

Activating your theme license Pro
- Install and activate Pro, as in “Getting started”.
- Go to Appearance → Hadiya. The Freemius activation screen appears.
- Paste the license key from your purchase email and confirm.
Local sites (localhost, .local, .test) don’t use up an activation. Buying, renewing and moving your license to another site all happen in your Freemius account, linked in your purchase email.
The bundle: one key for the theme and plugin Pro
If you bought the bundle, activate the key in the theme from Appearance → Hadiya. The Pro features of Hadiya Gift Builder turn on automatically, and Hadiya → Licensing shows “Your Pro license is active and valid.”
A Pro theme license on its own (not the bundle) unlocks only demo import in the plugin; its other features stay on the free version.
When a license expires
The Hadiya Pro theme keeps its templates and patterns, and updates and support stop until you renew. Hadiya Gift Builder Pro works with the free features until you renew, and demo import stops. None of your data is deleted, and gift details stay visible on past orders.
